Refund and Cancellation Policy

At School of Ancient Geomantic Education (SAGE), we strive to provide insightful geomantic reports. Due to the digital nature of our services, we have a strict policy.

1. Digital Energy

Once energy is used to generate a reading, the service is considered fully delivered. No refunds will be issued for consumed energy.

2. Technical Errors

In the event of a technical glitch where energy is deducted but no report is generated, we will restore the energy balance.

3. Energy Bundle Cancellation

SAGE offers one-time energy bundles; there are no recurring subscriptions to cancel.
