Refund and Cancellation Policy

At School of Ancient Geomantic Education (SAGE), we strive to provide accurate and insightful AI-synthesized geomantic reports. Due to the digital nature of our services, we have a strict refund and cancellation policy.

1. Digital Energy

SAGE operates on an energy-based system. Energy is used to access geomantic readings or reports on dotsofdestiny.com:

• Daily Forecast: 1 energy per reading
• Premium Reading: 3 energy per reading

Energy consumption policy:

• Consumed Energy: Once energy is used to generate a reading, the service is considered fully delivered. No refunds will be issued for consumed energy under any circumstances.
• Unused Energy: If you have purchased an energy bundle and have not consumed any energy, you may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase. A processing fee of 10% will be deducted from the refund amount.

2. Technical Errors & System Failures

In the event that energy is deducted from your balance but a report is not successfully generated due to a technical glitch on our platform, we will restore the deducted energy to your account. To report such an error, please contact info@dotsofdestiny.com with your transaction ID within 24 hours.

3. Energy Bundle Cancellation

SAGE currently offers one-time energy bundles and does not operate on a recurring subscription model. Therefore, there are no recurring "cancellations" required. Each purchase is a standalone transaction.

4. Duplicate Transactions

If you have been charged twice for the same energy bundle due to a payment gateway error, we will initiate a refund for the duplicate amount within 7-10 working days of verification.
