Shipping and Delivery Policy (Digital Services)

School of Ancient Geomantic Education (SAGE) provides purely digital products and services. As such, we do not have a physical shipping process or related shipping charges.

• Energy Credit: Energy is instantly credited to your user dashboard.
• Report Generation: Once energy is consumed, the geomantic report is generated in real-time within your browser session.
• No Physical Shipping: There are no physical goods, packaging, or courier services involved.

2. Delivery Timeline

Delivery is generally instant. You should see your updated energy balance within 1-5 minutes of a successful transaction confirmation from Razorpay. A confirmation email will also be sent to your registered email address.

3. Proof of Delivery

For the purpose of transaction tracking, "Proof of Delivery" is considered the successful update of the energy balance in your account dashboard or the successful display of the report on your screen.

4. Technical Issues in Delivery

If you do not receive your energy or cannot access your report after a successful payment, please do not worry. Reach out to our technical support team at info@dotsofdestiny.com with your Transaction ID. We will resolve any delivery failure within 24 business hours.

5. International Delivery

Our digital services are available globally to users worldwide. There are no additional "shipping" fees for international users, though your bank or payment provider may charge a currency conversion fee or international transaction fee.

6. Service Availability

Our platform is accessible 24/7, allowing you to consume energy and generate readings at any time. However, occasional maintenance windows may be scheduled, during which access may be temporarily restricted. We will notify users in advance of any planned downtime.
